A dreamlike dance sequence set during the Yellow Fever epidemic in New Orleans. Philomene Glapion, daughter of Marie Laveau, portrayed by DoMonique Warren, is visited by Baron Samedi--the loa of death and the spirit world--as she succumbs to the fever. With his presence, she drifts between life and death, where reality and the supernatural begin to blur.
