Came looking to see if anyone else was as confused as I was.

Agree with previous reviews that this documentary is less about St. Paul, and more about Türkiye and Mark Fairchild himself fumbling around the hillsides trying to find locations he once visited but never bothered to record geographically. Essentially we learn Fairchild is a photographer, he loves to go around ancient locations to take pretty photos, and the only interviews are of his friends telling us how much of a wild adventurer he is. I can't say I learned anything about St. Paul. Stopped paying attention around the same time as another reviewer. "Pottery doesn't go away". Also, I have to note, he kind of implies a couple times that the Turkish people don't care about the history in their country, which is a gross misrepresentation and absolutely not true.
