Opening segment in this edition of Tammy Sands' all-sex Sapphic series makes a lame attempt at establishing story/characters as dirty blonde realtor Angela Sommers shows dirty blonde Ryan Ryans around the house as a prospective buyer. After some lousy editing, horny Ryans instantly seduces Angela, with the very corny premise that some sex is necessary to effect a sale.

It's all downhill from there, as Sands' other vignettes go directly to the sex footage, with each couple sporting sexy and skimpy lingerie. And the girls keep their alluring high heels on even in bed.

Big-boob matchups (e.g., DVD cover girls Destiny Dixon and Kortney Kane) abound. Disk is filled out with four solo masturbation scenes, one of which features Vanessa Veracruz who is matched up with Nicole Aniston in the main feature.
