This set of 4 random vignettes is typical of the all-sex crap foisted on the market by bottom-level labels like K-Beech and its Baby Doll partner. I get these freebies with orders for legitimate DVDs from time to time as a "bonus gift", and they are usually as worthless as this one.

Title is meaningless and misleading on purpose, as no cousins appear so even the crypto-incest angle is fake. Four segments have lesser actresses getting humped, with superstar Sasha Grey here merely to underscore the age of this footage (dated 2015 to appear far fresher than it is). There is anal sex, but with Euro talent like Barbara Summer represented how could this be avoided? 

I added this junk title to IMDb simply to represent a bit of the industry's low-profile, low-end product normally ignored for obvious reasons.
