It's hard to know what's going on as this is so chopped up and poorly edited, but for all the weird flying ninjas and ridiculous fighting, there's a bunch of nonsense dubbed by dudes with British accents. You'd probably need to see part one and three to better judge it, so as a movie its a major pass. There are better cheesy ninja movies than this, so don't bother.

The action genre features fast-paced, thrilling, and intense sequences of physical feats, combat, and excitement. The characters of these stories are involved in daring and often dangerous situations, requiring them to rely on their physical prowess, skills, and quick thinking to overcome challenges and adversaries.

The second part of Ninja Death. A young martial artist named Tiger is in training and is being stalked by an Evil Ninja. However, his master is killed and young Tiger continues to study the ways under various other masters.
