Sub-par for Tanya Hyde, but the girls are hot

Tanya Hyde is no longer a force on the porn scene, compared to the success internationally a decade or so ago with her ground-breaking Private/Pirate and Harmony BDSM import videos. This latter-day effort for Harmony lacks her visual imagination, perhaps reflecting an inevitable burnout.

The five lengthy vignettes cover familiar ground, as latex ladies hump big-dicked guys, and anal sex is de rigeur. The fantasy elements that I admired in her earlier videos is largely absent, replaced by what has become standard kink on screen.

It was slightly amusing to recognize Danny D only by his familiar "CHELSEA" football club tattoo on his inner arm: his big dick is interchangeable with the other studs on the payroll and his face remains hidden behind an animal-head mask. Most of the guys are hooded or masked, including Brit Porn icon Omar Williams, wearing a strange "white boy" mask that makes him look like Gorgeous George. Ian Tate makes his presence felt with a "fountain of spunk" show-stopping money shot that is on the same level (copiousness and personal best distance) as the one earlier displayed by DD.

The British gals are the video's saving grace, beginning with an uninhibited and breast in show Rebecca More in the opening scene titled "Anal Asylum" down to magnificent Paige Turnah in fetish-gear in "Sex Drive" opposite the aforementioned Dirty Dog Tate. Finale is titled "Dog with a Bone of his own" in which Karlie Simon gives a masked submissive a good measure of the old CBT before he treats her to yet another anal encounter.

End credits typically plug an endless list of local purveyors of sex toys, costumes and fetish gear, plus the unusual listing of the filming location: 33 Portland Place in London, Lord Davenport's famous celebrity hangout. So perhaps Mick Jagger will someday be hiding behind one of Tanya Hyde's masks, hopefully as voyeur and not as a sex worker. At any rate, this credit proves that Porno Chic is alive and well.
