About everything in Simon Alonso's birth certificate is wrong: It mixes Spanish and English, there are no Spanish diacritics (such as the accent mark in Simón), both Alonso and his two parents have the same and only one surname (Spanish citizens have two surnames by law, and women don't take their husband's name after marriage), his birth date is indicated as "fecha de cumpleaños" (which actually means "date of birthday party", the correct term is "fecha de nacimiento"), there is no entry for place of birth, his father's first name is "Xavi" (a diminutive of "Xavier", which is the one that would appear in a legal document), his mother's surname is "Delores" (correct spelling Dolores), there are entries for "religion" and (affiliated) "church" that are not present in Spanish birth certificates but would rather belong in a baptism record, the name of the church makes no grammatical sense (nor does the "Trifaldi Memorial" line at the top for that matter), the text bellow has a female adjective assigned to a male noun, and the coat of arms on the lower left corner is the pre-1931 King of Spain's personal coat of arms, not the coat of arms of the country (or any in use in 1983).
