The entire film was to be shot in two days. However after the first day of shoot, which was a sunny day, it started to snow heavily. It snowed for the next couple of months, on and off. The team had to wait for almost two months to get the next sunny day to shoot.
To make Bugs, the Duchshund, perform on the climax scene, the director and dog owners had to treat Bugs with sausages. By the end of the scene Bugs was so full he fell asleep.
