The best part of the show is the hosts enthusiasm for learning from people who have spent their lives mastering their craft. Yes the interviews aren't polishes and may have awkward pauses in them, but again this is due to the hosts enthusiasm. It's obvious that they don't over prepare or obsessively research the subject, instead the host shows up with an almost child like wonder and lets the craftsman tell the story. I like the rough teal feel this gives the show. He doesn't go in with preconceived notions but let's the craft tell its story.
