This is another Hothouse short from the National Film Board of Canada. The Hothouse series -- there have been twenty series of them since the turn of the century -- have been the result of the NFB encourage aspiring film makers by giving them the wherewithal to produce one-minute shorts. Most of them have been slight -- it's hard not to be slight at that length -- but a few have something to say. This one is an example of the latter. It says "this is funny." I agree.
