Fuwad Abrar originally had the idea back in 2009. The germ of the idea originated when Fuwad Abrar was excited to see the film Inception, but had no idea what the film's plot was about at the time. He kept guessing and guessing, until he discovered that Inception's plot was a lot different to his idea. So, he used his own idea and decided to make it into a film.
