No pun intended - if you know the Adams Family ... you know how they work. Though I was surprised to see the dad taking a back seat in this one ... as in mostly directing I reckon? But his wife and daughter take center screen ... and do a fantastic job.

I reckon we are a bit ... ahead of the characters. Whether we have read any summary or not ... we know something wicked is going on ... also the title. That said, the movie needs a minute to establish certain things ... but they will come to play (again no pun intended) later on.

Well acted, really effects, especially considering the budget. This also was cold - but apparently not as cold as Ithaqua ... another movie that ran at Frightfest (even played the day before this).

For many this is the most coherent of their work - sometimes they veer into strange storytelling ... and yet it has so many ...unknowns ... almost literally too ... so no pun intended to close things off.
