Goofs
When Dr Jones is looking through newspaper clippings for any information on the army of the 12 Monkeys, there's a photo of Jennifer in the mental institution.

But there is also a photo of Cassandra that is from the time she was at the mental health facility looking for James. Dr Jones doesn't even mention that Cassandra is in one of the images. She continues to believe that Dr Railly is not part of the overall plan to save the world at this point.
