This movie is standard vertical viewing. The husband, Ethan, played by Roman Thomson, divorces his wife, Leila, played by Debby Gerber, for his mistress, Thalia. Leila leaves with their daughter, Luna/Laura, played by Daphne Laker. Neil, the son, stays with the father and Thalia. Leila and Luna are separated. How is never disclosed. Leila spends years searching for her daughter. Five years after the separation, she meets Richard Anderson, CEO of Anderson Group. His daughter is pushing him to marry. Richard hides his identity from Laila, and they get married. The rest of the movie chronicles their love story, the search for the missing daughter, and the effort to keep Richard's secret identity.

The movie is good, even with much of the script being drawn from other shows. There is enough originality to keep the viewer's attention. The performers do quite well. There is no overacting.

The one thing that is present in all of these movies that is irritating is the fact that all the "mean" women are smart and the "good" women are so dumb. How could Laila fall for the fake need for a kidney transplant?

The conclusion is good, except for being so easily predictable.
