This film was supposed to be some-what seriously put together - with continuity being a major factor. After several actors no-showed filming just hours before shooting began, Craig had to play two characters at the same time, and later on, so did Rob Boor.

It was then that it was decided continuity could not be maintained. Since The Dark Knight Rises was panned for plot holes and continuity errors, the writers decided to intentionally insert them in to further prove the point that that stuff is irrelevant as long as it's enjoyable.
