Netflix thought that they have found a formula to replicate the holiday movies of Hollywood but this experiment falls flat. The movie focuses on homecoming during the festivities of Diwali and family bonding over that period and honestly it feels like a long, very long commercial minus the brand appearance at the end.

They tried to infuse humor, emotion, a little bit of suspense, but nothing, and I repeat, nothing works. The acting is all over the place. Ahsaas Channa and Supriya Shukla somewhat managed to hold this thing together from falling apart.

From the very first moment, everything felt so artificial. By the time it ended, I felt like I'd wasted 52 minutes. Not recommended.
