"Sem Cansar" by Capital Inicial falls into the "summer love" category, that kind of lovely passion that doesn't last but remains as a good memory. The song, a Brazilian rock version adapted from the original French by Les Rita Mitsouko (a very annoying song that I wasn't familiar before Capital's version) offers the idea of excitment and sensuality, and the music video goes along those lines as it presents a performance of the group on a crowded sushi bar that later reveals Japanese girls dancing and/or becoming part of implied sexual acts with men and themselves inside small rooms, almost like an orgy.

Add to the mix the presence of lead singer Dinho Ouro Preto displaying his sexy physique as he performs the song.

Back when it was released it played very decently on MTV and it had a nice exposure, especially on late night hours - though it's not much of an Rated R material, it's simply sexually suggestive, small stuff. The song was alright, highly catchy but far from being one of their best works. They always delivered interesting versions to foreign songs ("A Sua Maneira" taking from an Argentinean song, and "O Passageiro" coming from a classic of Iggy Pop); this one managed to succeed better than the original one. 7/10.
