This movie is a compilation of story elements from lots of different verticals. While that made it interesting, the errors made it funny.

It begins as an adopted daughter being used as a "blood bank" for a real daughter. This has been done so many times that it isn't interesting anymore. Then it became the story of an adopted and unwanted child turning out to be the only heiress to a wealthy family. Another overused plot point. Then it switched to mistaken identities of interns, where the real heiress is overlooked for the fake. Luckily, each of these segments was short before moving on to the next repeated plot point.

The best part of the movie takes place when the interns visit the stables. The heiress's horse is described as both a Thoroughbred and a Warmblood. For those of you who may not know, these are distinctly different breeds. And there are numerous warmblood breeds. Then what should have been a tall horse based on these descriptions becomes a Fjord, which is a small horse, sometimes a pony. THEN . . . When the Fjord is running away with the heiress, it becomes a palomino. These are obvious errors when there are so many other opportunities to show humor around a stable. What a waste. This shows the lack of knowledge and care on the part of the screenwriter and the production team.

There was absolutely nothing original in this movie, except for the mistakes regarding the horse.
