Bionicle: Matoran Adventures

Each type of characters share a common character model and are only differentiated in their colors. For example, all the Matoran or Turaga wear one of two mask types, whereas the original toys had twelve distinct mask designs, and all the Bohrok carry Fire Shields, while the toys came with six shield varieties. Also, all of the game's bosses (a Muaka, a Kuma-Nui and the Bahrag twins) have the same head, even though the toys featured unique head designs for the Bahrag twins.

In the game's opening animation, a Tahnok (red fire-element Bohrok) is shown with a white Ice Shield. In the game itself, all of the Bohrok have Fire Shields, corresponding to their colors.
