This episode has many references to the film "They Live!". We get the glasses that can see the truth and the bubblegum line. Now, back to the episode. It features a new app in Elmore turning all the kids into zombie-like creatures. I was really impressed by the animation in this. It seems like it's gotten better with this series.

It features Gumball and Darwin using an old phone to blow up a satellite dish in a very cool scene. I like how everything builds up. Nicole even replaces her car wheel with the doughnut cop himself! It's great to see the show take on new technology. This episode focuses on the hobo. I guess there was a character the show had yet to make an episode about. ***1/2.
