The film is shot around Springburn and the North Glasgow area, including areas such as; Springburn Shopping Centre, Springburn Town Centre, Springburn Sports Centre, Springburn Health Centre and Springburn Community Hub.
The film is produced and directed by North Glasgow community film-maker Frank McGowan.
The films' director, Frank McGowan, makes an appearance on camera to talk about being a carer, and living with disabilities, including; ADHD, ASD and Arthiritis.
