This is a proof-of-concept for a one-hour thriller pilot titled "Prey For Us," which earned Second Place in the 2023 Slamdance Screenplay Competition.
Three days before shooting, production was forced to rewrite the latter half of the script when severe thunderstorms were predicted the night they were set to shoot the climax of the film--All taking place outdoors.
The entire short was shot at composer John Collins McLaughlin's home.
