Episode Two continues to explore intimacy in a raw and often uncomfortable way, with a strong focus on touch. Straight away, it's clear that many of the participants feel nervous and awkward about the techniques being introduced - and honestly, that awkwardness does carry over to the viewer.

One of the more emotional moments comes from Taylor, who visibly struggles with one of the group exercises and becomes emotional. She clearly finds it difficult, and that vulnerability really lands. Meanwhile, a few other participants begin to flourish - they start connecting with each other and even practising techniques from the previous episode, which is nice to see.

Jason takes part in one of the more hands-on exercises, and it's hard not to cringe a bit while watching. It's clearly awkward for him, but the payoff is that it seems to genuinely boost his confidence. You can tell it was tough for him - but also that he walked away feeling proud.

What's worth pointing out, though, is that the therapists aren't forceful. They ask who wants to participate and make sure everyone feels comfortable. That approach helps take the edge off, especially in moments where things feel a bit too intimate for comfort.

Compared to Episode One, this one definitely ramps things up emotionally. The techniques are more intense and the exercises more exposing. There's still a level of discomfort - both on-screen and while watching - but it feels like it's handled with care.
