The project was originally titled Kuntur Wasi, which means "House of the Condor" in the Quechua language. However, the name was changed to Vultures to better connect with a global audience when it launched on Kickstarter. Despite the change, the story remains deeply rooted in South American landscapes, including the Kuntur Wasi region itself.
