The various killers on Hackley's team are meant to represent the different time periods by parodying the killers from those eras:
-Hyde is parodying Michael Myers and Halloween (1978).
-Hackley Represents 80's Horror parodying Jason Voorhees and the Friday the 13th (1980) franchise.
-Rival parodies Ghostface from Scream (1996).
-Mitre-Saw is a parody of Jigsaw from the Saw (2004) franchise.
-Rancid is a parody of Dr. Giggles (1992).
The entire Cubicle setup was done in director Tim Sanders' living room using a fake paper back wall and cubicles purchased for $75 off of Craigslist. The Cubicles were then sold off for $100 on Craigslist following production.
The company name, RKS is short for "Revelation Killing Solutions".
The end music video by MC Chunky Chuck and the Sugar Duke is a parody/homage to the DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince song "Nightmare on My Street"
In Hackley's vlog, at the 40:48 mark, you can see on set photographer Sabrina Raquel in the background as one of Hackley's victims.
