Sentry follows two soldiers, Dipshit (DP) and Striker on Stag duty. Its 0300 when they came on shift, after being out on operations for weeks, exhaustion is setting in, tiredness is taking over the mind and concentration is lacking, With Hallucinations starting to come in, what is real and what is not? DP and Striker are set up in a Bivy to keep the rest of the patrol safe whilst they get rest. They need to stay alert and know when patrols are going out and coming in, how many there are, the safe words and to challenge anyone approaching their position. What is out there. Its the woods at night! Tired, cold and home sick what tricks can the mind play on you Every branch is moving, every noise is an attack and every shadow is trying to kill you. As the Stag goes on the micro sleeps get worst, attacks are frequent, and people from home start appearing but who is there and who isnt thats the questions that need to be answered With action, confusion, love, fear, despair, hatred and trust put to the test what will be the outcome of this 2hrs of sitting in a hole?
