Rich, freshly released from a 20-year jail sentence, is looking to score money through his street connections. But to do so, he needs to get past not only his old rival, but the FBI and a plethora of rival gangs as well.

There's just 1 Problem. RICH has an Old Drug Rival named 'CONVERTIBLE BURT' played By himself Richard B Simmons, Whose planning on being released soon and Conquering a LICK of his own. With help from A Crazy Mexican Drug-lord named 'LOS' played By Noel Gugliemi.
