The Kyokuseikai, a criminal organization with 13 branches across the country, has begun to take control of Japan. This is the story of the six special detectives from the National Security Agency who are trying to destroy it.
The investigation is carried out in two teams, consisting of three members from the main team and three others. The other three members conducting preliminary investigations at each team, while the three from the main team conduct undercover investigations, and finally carrying out the order to "shoot and kill the designated target with a single bullet."
