The White Demon is naked.

There are several embalmings, during which, while not drawn out or graphic, they show open wounds and intestines, though they are clean and dry. A trocar is also used, resembling a giant needle, puncturing the body and moved around. The sounds are arguably more disturbing than the visual.

A piece of intestine outside a body is cut with scissors. No blood.

At least two instances of people falling and hitting their heads: once on against a sink and the other, on a rock.

A character has their finger bitten off by another person. This is center screen and shows pulling skin and blood spurts.

Someone is stabbed in the head with a corkscrew. It is slow and is accompanied by audio.

There are mutliple instances of cutting wrists and bleeding from the wounds. Typically not graphic.

A character's thigh is stabbed and sliced. Shown on screen, some of the cuts are slow and dragged out. The wounds are deep.

A character sews their own wound shut. Only a few stitches are shown, but they are close up.

Drug addiction and recovery are major themes. No actual use is shown. There are AA meetings.

A sponsor does not believe the sponsored party is not using again. The scene is rather intense, as the sponsor is very aggressive and cruel.

The Demon's appearance could be considered frightening to some.
