Very mild, if any. Most profanity is religious exclamations ("god", "oh god", "amen") and some mild name-calling.

Some characters smoke cigarettes. In some scenes characters are holding beverage glasses of unknown liquid that could be alcohol, but it isn't revealed.
In the version we watched, there was no alcohol use, and I cannot recall one scene in which someone smoked, so perhaps there is more than one version/cut off this movie, as another reviewer indicated some smoking and drinking.

The mentally disabled characters in the film (Sophie is said to have autism) are portrayed as having a childlike mentality, speaking in slurred words and knowing only a very limited vocabulary, using children's crayons and having "tantrums". This might offend or bother some viewers.
