Two men fight. One gets beaten up badly (lots of knocked out teeth), and another gets his arm chopped (blood splatters on the first man). The one armed man then sticks a sword up the other man's rectum, then both get burned by a dragon.
Two men fight, one presses his thumb in another man's eye and it bleeds (but for some reason we see no eye damage in later shots). A burning structure falls between them and the fighting ends without much more injury.

A woman jumps out of a window to her death. We don't see her do it, but we see the aftermath, and she is shown being impaled by a wagon on the ground. Very emotional.
Kids on the front lines of a fort are shown in extreme distress, with one urinating on themselves and another one throwing up. Some call out for their mothers. It's very tense.
