Set in the near future (we are in 2050), the short film tells the story of the erosion of the Ostia Lido coastline, locations near Rome in Italy. The protagonist accidentally discovers old photographs of the same stretch of beach taken by the students of the school over a period of 65 years. The temporal distance between the old photos and the protagonist immediately becomes an element of estrangement. In a sort of time loop, we witness the succession of different generations, all attracted by the same thematic fulcrum. The short film written and performed by high school students of Ostia Lido, testifies to the need to tell their point of view on the uncertain future of a place they love.
