Ground-Breaking & Thought-Proviking ! ! !

I was expecting a lot from this music video, considering that the song itself is a masterpiece in its own right. The music video for this song must do it justice, at least that is what I was expecting.

I was extremely impressed with the cinematography and camera quality. Great angles, effective lighting, especially for night time scenes.

The costumes used were traditional Ghanaian clothes, in most cases, and that made it feel authentic.

The acting was good, well carried by the leads. Decent background actors as well.

I heard the song's lead artist, Dr Pushkin (Dr Paul Azunre), had to be "buried alive" for the Resurrection Scene. Don't know if I would have guts to do that. The result turned out awesome.

Also heard that the second artist on the song, B-Wayne (Bismark Sombilla), had to climb about 20 feet up into a tree as the "Guardian Angel" for the Burial Scene.

That is committment to the craft on all counts.

The story-telling was effective and the message was clear: "They might plan behind your back, try to destroy your, set traps for you, want what is yours, dig a grave for you, try to put you in it, and try to bury you... ALL THEY WILL GET IS AN EMPTY GRAVE !!!"

In fact, in these times of post-Ramadan and Easter, it is only appropriate to talk and think about "Empty Graves".

And this genius music video highlights these perfectly.
