Anika gets the news of the new apartment being completed, tells that to Arman and he's completely out of his mind for it. he goes to the warehouse and tells that to Momin and his gang and brings up the fact that Arman once said it to Anika
They finally go to the house that Anika chose for both of them to live in. Arman is completely devastated after going there and talks to Momin to it on call. Arman decides to buy the next house, only to find Humayun Faridi as the owner.
Arman bhai gets humbled by Humarun Faridi's nice behavior and was happy to know that he is his neighbor. He goes to another flat for purchasing it, but find out about miss Faria who's a bit too touchy with Arman and Momin.
