Scarecrow, Tinman, and Lion arrive in Kansas on a quest to find Princess Ozma, the long-lost princess of Oz. The three friends reunite with Dorothy, who's now all grown-up.

After their not so successful attempt at finding Ozma, the gang is greeted by a familiar face in the fields who asks Dorothy for some help.

Dorothy, with the help of Glinda the Good, finds out the truth behind the mysterious disappearance of Princess Ozma and helps rescue her friends -- Lion, Tinman and Scarecrow -- from the clutches of the evil sorceress Mombi.
