An interesting, sad, but uplifting look into Lee's Last Days

Seeing the news of Comic Book legend Stan Lee in 2018 was strange, jarring and weird to witness unfold in his elder abuse mistreatment of the giant from multiple people looking to make a quick buck off of anything he signed (shocking to note that some of it was forged).

But while director Jon Bolerjack, who was briefly part of Lee's Entourage, captures and explores at that time with his recordings of the events he attended, is also moments of love and adoration Lee had of his late wife Joan and the fans, and the relationship he forges with the younger Bolerjack (thrir friendship is a highlight of the documentary), while also having to stomach the first hand abuse of his business manager Max Anderson, and later, the recounts of Lee's security team to his more notable abuser Keya Morgan.

Other subjects recount moments of Lee's physical and mental decline (the way The Man talks at some points, you can hear the exhaustion in his voice), that bring awareness to what was happening, and how they banded to try to help Stan before it was too late.

Overall, this is a really solid documentary from one of Lee's only true friends around this time that is worth a watch to better understand what happened toward the end in the best context possible, and offer a warm send off to a titan of the medium.
