A NO-KNOCK-WARRANT turns deadly when Minneapolis and Saint Paul S.W.A.T enter a Bolero Flats apartment, executing Amir R. Locke in less than 9 seconds. When Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison decided not to bring charges, the family took matters into their own hands by getting legislation passed, and creating a blueprint for justice that shows Amir R. Locke's death is a modern day Emmett Till lynching. Amir was killed on 2/2/22 and the family asks that you become the Grand Jury that the family deserves. Karen Wells, the mother of Amir Locke is quoted saying "You did your jobs, now we'll do ours.", and the family took their resources and created this documentary. The homicide was reviewed and charges were not brought. Andre Locke Sr. is quoted saying "We were forced into this", and with those words the family has taken into account numerous civil litigation meetings, Andrew and Buddy have met with Attorney General Keith Ellison to discuss the body-cam footage and what could be done to bring charges against executing officer Mark Hanneman, and the family has met with Congresswoman Ilhan Omar in an effort to get legislation passed nation wide banning "No Knock Warrants".
