This is the story of a young man (TONY). TONY is a frustrated musician. TONY is a difficult character to get along with. His long-suffering girlfriend gives up on him and this only adds to his sense of martyrdom. Even his friends are beginning to get bored with his self-pity. After confrontations with his girlfriend and her spiky friend TONY decides to forget his troubles by accepting a party invitation from his friend (VIC). But, true to form, TONY spends the evening in the kitchen, not mixing, and certainly not enjoying himself. When a girl tries to get him to dance he insults her - this in turn leads to retribution from her boyfriend.
