When a man hijacks a live radio broadcast to punish the lovers who betrayed him, a handful of callers become judge and jury. As the day spirals into chaos and the truth bleeds through the static, nothing on the airwaves - or between them - is what it seems.

During the day, Joseph returns home to discover his wife, Lydia, in bed with another man, Ashton. Consumed by rage and heartbreak, he grabs a gun and takes both of them hostage. Acting quickly, Joseph contacts a nearby radio station, demanding that the hosts, Prince and Tonya, broadcast the unfolding situation live. The hosts are forced to bring a handful of callers on air, each given the ability to vote on whether Lydia and Ashton should live or die. The tension escalates as every decision and every word becomes a matter of life and death.

Throughout the broadcast, the hosts attempt to calm Joseph, mediate between the couple and the callers, and prevent violence while also managing the flow of the show. Joseph grows increasingly agitated and unpredictable. Each call adds pressure, creating a deadly psychological environment as the power of the airwaves intersects with human obsession.

Over time, it becomes clear that Joseph is not Lydia's husband. He is her ex-boyfriend, obsessed with her, who broke into the house after losing control over his emotions. The man she was with, Ashton, is revealed to be her real husband. Joseph's perception of the situation is warped by his obsession, and his rage is fueled not by betrayal but by his inability to let go.

As the standoff reaches its climax, Joseph's aggression peaks, and Lydia realizes that she must act to protect herself and her husband. Seizing an opportunity, she grabs a weapon and shoots Joseph, ending the hostage situation. The aftermath leaves Lydia and Ashton shaken but alive, while Prince and Tonya and the callers are left to process the terrifying experience they were forced to participate in.
