Hates other British chefs Oliver dismisses young British cooks as lazy and unmotivated.

People avoided his restaurants and yet still opening new ones. The man is crazy, British chefs brought his books and made him rich. They stuggle with being overworked and under paid. He is a mixed bag and what he did for school diners was great, he set up program helping youth and yet built up stero types of young people. This is racism and against law to do this as employer. He should look at his management style. If staff are leaving and or not turning up then others will need to work longer hours.

Celebrity chefs uses food stylist and ghoust writes to create books and claim credit. I think he could possible train and get Mitchlen stars, but chooses not to. The standard of his cooking has dropped and he was making overnight muesli in his last program. I would like him to make another progam training more young chefs and change his mind on that statement, but I doubt he will.
