For all Meg's efforts the house is sold and she and Matt move in with Gail and her children Millie and Danny, a less than desirable arrangement. On Paula's advice they decide to have a spa weekend but it does not go well due to the hotel's thin walls and a convention of loud businessmen. Back in Kendal a suitable house comes on the market and Gail and Sam view it on the couple's behalf, Sam using the opportunity to get closer to Gail.
