This short film stemmed from the Director, Joe Malone, wearing Kiss like make-up during a photo shoot to promote a cover of the Kiss song 'Strutter' by his rock band Chaos. During the session Joe shot a little video of himself dancing around in the make-up and he liked the video clip so much he decided to evolve it into a short film. Joe didn't want to make the film about Gene Simmons or John Wayne Gacy so he decided to make it about The Joker.
