This is a very fan-centric documentary. It rarely seems to take itself seriously. The narration is often more annoying (trying to be cute) than informative. I'm not sure about the "Secrets" in the title as nearly everything I've heard of before. The "Scandals" also except for one about Producer John Nathan-Turner are also well known. They did focus a bit about the fan clubs which was interesting although again, some previously known. Kind of a disappointment to me but if you don't know a lot of Dr. Who history turn you might enjoy it.
