It's just a gonzo exercise, with the voice-over indicating that Vanna Bardot is a new "straight" neighbor (though you'd never suspect that sexual orientation while watching this video) who masturbates as an exhibitionist to attract Vanessa Sky from next door to come over and have sex with her. Sky arrives wearing a raincoat, to reveal her handy strap-on already in place underneath. Not exactly a high-brow scene from producer Bree.
