I got excited when I saw the trailer for this movie after learning the writer was from Lebanon, a country that has produced some genuinely brilliant writers. Sadly, Sandy is not one of them.

The story is painfully bland, predictable, and packed with cheap clichés. It feels less like a real film and more like a poorly funded high school project that somehow got stretched into a full movie. The dialogue is awkward, the pacing drags, and nothing about the plot feels original or engaging.

The lead actress' English is genuinely difficult to sit through, and the acting across the board is painfully weak. There is no emotional depth, no believable chemistry, and not a single memorable performance.

I honestly cannot think of a target audience that would enjoy this. Terrible writing, terrible acting, and an overall embarrassing production.
