Viola, a young transgender woman, attempts an escape from the North American Reparative Therapy Hospital. Through a series of flashbacks, we learn about the sinister methods used by Dr. Fitzer as he "treats" her disorder.
Viola, a young transgender woman, undergoes reparative therapy in a prison-like mental institution. She must escape the hospital in order to prevent her personality from being rewritten but doing so requires that she overcome Dr. Fitzer's negative emotional and psychological conditioning.
