Jane represents a woman being sued. Therefor, she is the defendent in the case. Throughout the entire series the defendent has always sat on the left side of the judge, the plaintiff on the right (from the judge's perspective), yet in this episode the client and Jane sit on the right.

Goofs
Greg is arrested for violating the Americans With Disabilities Act trying to board an airplane with his ventriloquist dummy. However, the ADA does not provide for criminal penalties and even if it did it would be a United States Attorney handling the case, not the lawyer for the airline.
