Near the beginning, a doctor is inspecting someone's 'crotch rot'. The camera exposes the soldier's backside, we briefly can see his testicles based on how close the camera is towards the soldier's buttocks.

When the soldiers are injured by landmines, the aftermath injury detail is extremely realistic, bloody and graphic. Nothing is left to the imagination. Missing limbs etc.

A gun fight occurs near the beginning, shown from a far distance and in night vision.

A mine explodes between two men, causing another man to completely lose his foot and another to have a hole in his wrist. Another person burns part of their lips off and another person in the chest.
