A man gets his chest ripped open, it happens offscreen, but the aftermath, wherein lots of blood and his exposed ribs are seen. The man, however, feels absolutely no pain.

A man has his arm slashed and is then stabbed in the chest, both with plenty of blood seen. He then falls against a broken pillar and causes a stone slab to crush him offscreen, plenty of blood is seen.

Moderate violent scenes with blood present.

Contains some sequences of stylized fantasy violence with blood present. The most "violent" scene is Gilgamesh killing Illya.

Cussing every now and then, nothing too much though.

Occasional uses of "damn" and "hell", rare uses of "bastard", one use of "bullshit".

Although this series has a much lighter tone in comparison to the previous series, Fate/Zero, and the alternate timeline movie trilogy, Heaven's Feel, there's still plenty of callbacks to the former series with some dark themes clashing with the optimistic message and an emotional tone throughout.
