    Storyline

    • Trivia
Although all of the Bob Monkhouse Wipeout episodes were recorded without a studio audience and the "crowd" noise dubbed on later, he very much plays to the idea that there's an audience in this edition.

Starting the show with a "nice to see some familiar faces", he then introduces the concept of the quiz, pausing to thank the audience for their "kindness", and starting his sentence again, as if interrupted mid-flow by the continuing applause.
    • Goofs
There's a somewhat jarring edit just before Bob begins to chat to contestant Adrian Crook. The image cuts from Bob facing the camera to a shot of Bob standing looking to the side.

Although not a full "mistake" like such things would be in a drama, it's still a somewhat disconcerting edit, even for a quiz show.
    • Quotes
      • Self - Host: I had a very, very hard, stern, headmistress. She took all my marbles off me. I had no idea she was such a good player.
